Return Policy

1. Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product. We will not accept return requests beyond this period unless the product has quality problems and relevant proof can be provided.

2. Return eligibility
The products that can be returned must meet the following conditions: the product is in its original state when received, has not been used or damaged, and the packaging is complete and all accessories are complete; for products with labels, the labels must be intact and not removed. Customized products do not support returns unless there are quality problems.

3. Product damage and problem handling
If the product you received is damaged or has other problems, please contact us via email service@woricny.com within 48 hours after receipt, and provide product photos and detailed descriptions. We will review the information within 3 working days after receiving it, and if it is confirmed that it is our responsibility, we will arrange for re-delivery or return and refund for you. If the product is damaged due to force majeure during transportation, we will assist you in reporting to the relevant parties, but we will not bear direct responsibility.

4. Return process
Step 1: Inform us of your return request via email service@woricny.com. The email must include the order number, reason for return and product information.

Step 2: We will review your return request. After the review is passed, we will send the return address and specific instructions to your email.

Step 3: You return the product according to the instructions you received. Please attach the order information in the package when returning. You can choose the transportation method by yourself. The return shipping fee must be borne by you in advance (for returns caused by product quality problems, we will refund your return shipping fee after processing is completed).

Step 4: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect the product and start the refund process after confirming that it meets the return conditions.

5. Refund time limit
After confirming that the product meets the refund conditions, we will complete the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying. The specific arrival time depends on your payment method and the processing speed of the relevant financial institution, generally 3-10 working days.
